Favorite Nintendo DS games

My DS's both have a DS and currently have 4 games (Kirby Squeak Squad, Super Mario Bros. Spongebob Atlantis, and Dogs and Cats). The are just 6 and 9, do you have any suggestions for games that are easy but just challenging enough for them? They both prob. like Super Mario the best, and also love Mario Kart for our Wii. I would like to get another game for our upcoming trip to see Grandma.

Both of my kids have gotten into Zelda - The 7 year old is further along in the game than his older brother.

My boys just love Marion & Sonic Olympics! They love it so much we have it for DS and Wii!

we have Mario Party and it can link up to 4 ds player units together - we have played on planes and in the car to compete against each other and against the computer - so you can play alone or with others at the same time - lots of mario activities.

I like Cake Mania...lol I probably play that the most. Have you tried any Pokemon games, your kids may be to young for those though.

Puzzle Quest is my other fav but then again maybe too young.

We bought our son Disney Cars and Ben 10 for his birthday Shhhh..don't tell his birthday is next month lol

Thanks for the replies! I had been thinking about Mario Party, and I have also heard good things about Lego Star Wars (may wait instead for the Indiana Jones one) That is a good idea about them playing together. I will just have to make sure that we have the cord (isn't that what is needed?)

We have the Mario olympics one for the Wii, and I have tried it, and I find it to be really hard (maybe I'm just not coordinated enough!) Who knows...I will have to give it another try!

We have Lego Star Wars for the Game Cube and my ds7 is totally addicted to it -- he's actually playing it right now. We had to limit his game time or he'd play it all day long. Anything Mario usually is a hit with everyone.

DS7 LOVES Lego Star Wars- his favorite. (he is also a Star Wars freak though). He also loves MLB Baseball game, Mario Kart, Cars racing game, and the M&M racing game. He is about begging to get the Lego Indiana Jones game- but will have to wait b/c we are going to the beach later this month and there will be no 'extras' until after that!
