My vote goes to a combination of Crocs and Dr Sholls sports gel inserts ! A trick I read about here on the Dis many years ago !!
My feet always get very tired when walking the parks - or anywhere really. I have a sit down job and don't get to walk too much when I work. I also work 12 hour shifts so it's not like I can build up stamina by going for a walk after work or anything...
I have the older Mary Jane Crocs - they are a little like the basic one but smaller and less clunky. Then, to make them perfect, I added Dr Sholls sports inserts. They are like a gel insert but shaped (with arch and heel support).
My feet were awesome during the whole vacation !
My daughter wore her crocs (same Mary Jane type style) and her feet were bothering her after 2 days so we popped out to Walmart and bought her some Dr Sholls - and she was fantastic for the rest of the vacation.
One of the things I like about the crocs/gel inserts is that it lets your feet breathe. If it's hot, you don't get sweaty, if your feet get wet they dry easily (unlike running shoes with socks) so no worries about Kali or a sudden rain storm. You can kick them off easily for Soarin' or if you're just sitting on a park bench relaxing. They're so light, you can barely feel them on.
Crocs by themselves are good but if your feet are wet or sweaty, they can get slippery inside (your wet foot against the plastic). The gel inserts are covered in a lycra fabric so no sliperry feeling.

The only thing I don't like about them is that they aren't waterproof - I guess I can slip then in a plastic bag when I go on Splash.
