Favorite Moderate?

The only moderate I've stayed at was the Caribbean back in 96 or 97 and I loved it! Even though they were near capacity it never felt crowded except at the main pool.

No contest for me... POFQ! I love it because it's small. The themeing is wonderful. The river is not only beautiful but provides transportation to DTD.

I've always met wonderful CM's there, all of whom have been very helpful. My only negative is the food court. I wish it had a little more variety like the All Star Hotels.

Great pool too. I've stayed at POFQ more then any other resort at WDW. If it had been open in May, I would have gladly by passed staying at the AKL and the BC.

Out of the ones we've stayed at so far POFQ was our favorite. My DDs just love the water slide!
We're trying CSR this trip, so maybe our favorite will change

My favorite is undoubtedly PO-FQ! We love the small feel of it, DD loves the serpent slide. The food court is great... love the decor, pizza and beignets (esp. the beignets!). The castmembers are all very nice. The grounds are beautiful, and we love the ease of only one bus stop and the boat to DTD. Also, being able to take advantage of the amenities at PO-R without the immenseness of the resort is nice, too!

I can't wait for it to reopen to see how they have refurbished it. If it is as nice as the refurbishments on the interiors of the rooms at CBR, it will be worth it! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

I really enjoyed our stay at POFQ ~ the themed pool and walkway areas are great fun.

The rooms felt a little motel-ish ~ probably because of the exterior hallways ~ but the housekeeping was excellent.

POFQ is my favorite moderate because the bus transportation is great! We're the first ones picked up and the first ones dropped off!!

Plus the atmosphere is wonderful and I LOVE the food court...

Our favorite is Port Orleans French Quarter. We love it because of it's small size & New Orleans decor. I love the beignets & the boats to Downtown Disney. We've always had good experiences there & the staff is wonderful.

I voted for French Quarter, although I got to say it's the pictures of Caribbean Beach that keep calling to me. I list my favorites as:

French Quarter - love the size - not as much walking
Caribbean Beach - very close 2nd - love the theming, the "away from it all" feel
Riverside - very beautiful resort, want to try the mansions next
CSR - too spread out for my tastes, but the pool is fantastic

POFQ is my favorite, although I havn't actually stayed at any of the moderates, I have visited all of them.

Just the layout of POFQ is really wonderful!! Small size, can walk to the main area from any room, and one bus stop!!

I've stayed at CB and CSR and my vote is for CB. I didn't like the food court at CSR at all. Very inconvienient and took to long to grab something to go quick. The pool is very nice, but the bus stops are far apart. CB seemed to be have good transportation and since it was Dec when I went the pool didn't factor in.
