Favorite Lens for Universal Studios

I'm gonna say wide too. Universal doesn't have a ton of character-focused moments, so wides work better. If you are going to shoot the parade bring a 50 (crop sensor) or 85 (full frame) as well.

Ok thank you. I will bring my 16-80mm along with the 11-16mm. This should cover me? Thank you again for the replies. I appreciate it

How fast is the 16-80? For night parades you'd want something f2.8 or better I'd say. My avatar pic for example was taken at f2.0 with a 50mm prime.

That may be ok then, just use it wide open for night stuff. I also like to use telephotos for the dragon in Diagon, gives it a little different perspective than the numerous iPhone photos which are somewhat wider.
My Tokina 11-16 is f2.8
