I am excited to try the churros on my next trip - have not had them yet. I gave up a long time ago trying things that are supposed to contain gluten that are made with substitutes. In my own kitchen, I LOVE Thomas Keller's Cup For Cup flour and find it makes excellent cakes, cookies, etc but when eating out, I stick to ice cream, mousses and the like. I'm happy to learn of gluten free desserts that people like, such as the churros, but Dole Whip, Mickey bars, and various sweet cocktails are treat enough for me!
