Favorite Flip Flops??

I think I love Ipanema than Havaianas..

More durable and ease to use..
Love the design...

Facts about it:

Ipanema is the choice of Brazilian goddess, supermodel and beach babe, Gisele Bundchen. She slips into her own range of beautiful Ipanemas to take her from beach to bar.

Only Ipanema flip flops are made from a unique buttersoft PVC suitable for vegetarians. Specialised moulding creates a sole that’s sublimely soft and guarantees you a perfectly padded underfoot. Industrial residues, painting residues, surplus PVC and the water used in production are 99% recycled. Whether you choose to stroll about all day, or only walk as far as the ice cream stall, you can be sure your feet will be in first-class comfort.

I love the Teva Mush and have worn those at theme parks previously with no problems. Now I really want to try the Nike Celsos though.

Chacos definitely...

I have several pairs of Tevas, and while they're cute and comfy, they don't give me the support I need for being on my feet all day. Also, the foam breaks down, so you get even less support.

I have weak arches, and Chacos were the only sandal/flip flop that provided me with adequate support. They are designed to prevent the foot from over pronation, so wearing them is like having a quality insole, even though you're not wearing a shoe. At first they feel totally weird, and then they become amazingly comfortable.

They are worth EVERY penny.

Is no one here a Reef's fan???
I have the black "mushy" flip flops with the wider straps. Love them. Super supportive and cute/go with everything.

REEFS REEFS REEFS!!!!!

(Yes, I love them that much!)

Besides a few "dressy" flip flops that I wear once in awhile, Reefs have been my flip flop of choice for almost ten years. They are the perfect shape for my feet and so comfortable. (I can't do the Teva Mush ones, as they are two narrow at the front of the toe so my pinky toe always hangs off the edge. My feet are wide and squared off at the toe.)

I go with the standard style (the Sandy):

And I like how Zappos lets you buy double packs - that's what I've done in the past:

After reading this thread I went out and bought a pair of Nike Celsos. They are so comfortable!!! I have been trying to wear them for long walks and out and about to make sure they will be comfortable for the parks and so far have had no rubbing or blisters.

I have a pair of Crocs Athens which are pretty comfortable for short distances, but after a few miles of walking they start to rub on my big toe.

I have a pair of Nike and they are VERY comfortable, but once my feet start sweating, they make a lovely "squeak squeak" when I walk.:scared:

I have done Clark's for the past 3 years but I just recently bought 6 pairs of yellow box and I am hooked that is what I am going to wear this year....

Speedo makes great flip flops with soles that are about like any pair of sneakers I've ever owned. I've had the same pair for years and wear them EVERYWHERE in the summer. (My mother hates them, but whatever! LOL)
I just got a new pair at Kohls a few weeks ago for 7.99 and they went straight into my Disney bag.

Speedo Speedolina's - so comfy! Wore them for 8 days in Mexico, my feet never got sore.

Am I missing the "ribbon" flip flops? Does anyone have links to their favorites? Reefs, what styles are cute? Speedos, do they only have one type of flip flops?

Has anyone ever shopped for their flip flops at any of the Orlando outlets? TIA!

These are the ones I have: http://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/st...oreId=1&catalogId=1&langId=-1&from=SR&feat=sr

The Maine Isle flip flops. I have the cream ones with the flowers on them. They are very comfy!!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Teva Elixer 5's. For anyone who feels that the Teva Mush is not supportive enough, give the Elixer 5's a try. I love my Teva Mush's for at home summer wear, but I can't imagine walking around the parks all day in them.

This has been such an informative thread! I love my flip flops but I am afraid that walking all day in them at the parks would tire my feet out. Last week I ordered Teva Braided Mush flops to try. I also have a couple pairs of L.L. Bean flops (the pink lobsters and dragonflies) for when I vacation in Maine this summer. I am going to try all I can to find the most comfortable to bring to WDW. And then it will probably be too cold there for flops!! (going in Dec/Jan!!) ;)

We're going to Disney in August and I've been looking for different shoes. About 2 weeks ago I got plantar fasciitis in my foot (heel pain due to lack of arch support) because of my flip flops. Any suggestions of sandals that would work in Disney? I saw online that Chacos have good arch/heel support -- would owners of these sandals agree? Thanks!

Has anyone tested out Fit Flops?

I've got foot and knee problems and I get blisters easy :sad1:

I've been wearing Flojos and while they're very comfortable for short periods of time, they just don't have enough arch support.
