Favorite drinks?

We will be cruising on the Fantasy end of the month (eeek!) wondering what are some of your favorite drinks (alcoholic or non) on board? We are concierge level so know we can request lots of thinks in the lounge, but looking to try something new. Thanks!

The elder bubble in ooh la la is awesome and the chambord mojito martini in palo is my all time favorite.

We love the Tropical Depression. It's no longer on any menus, but most of the bartenders will still make it for us. Also, a Creme Brulee Martini, which is now just on a dinner menu, but it used to be on the Meridian menu and they will still make it.
