Favorite drink?

On our last trip, they had these at "half-price" in the late afternoon. Excellent, but still prefer the BBC.

This is one of those "I wish I had know that before my first cruise".

Thanks to TL, I've come to love Rum Runner's on the rocks with a Bacardi Float. Does anyone know if they make those on board?

Usually when I cruise I'm a Drink of the Day girls. Get to try something new on a discount!

I like the Konk koolers, but on our last cruise I was pretty much a Bahama Mama girl.

I had a RR in AK and it almost knock me on my a**.........when your tired 's and hot, whew!! I'm sure they make them onboard too!:cloud9:

Konk Kooler from Castaway Cay:banana:

This is a great drink. Since you can only get on CC though, I have to go with my all time fave, Bacardi and Diet coke if I want a cocktail, if I wand a shot, Surfer on Acid. The bar tender on my last cruise in Rockin Bar D made a great shot he called the French Flag. That was good too.

I think you can actually ask for a Konk Cooler on the ship and they will make you one. I could be mistaken though. My favorite drink is the Deep Blue Sea.

No way, WHAT A GREAT TIP!!:thumbsup2

Whoops, I had to add a second one. A yummy Kir Royale from the champagne table before dinner...especially since it seems like no one around here seems to know what that is. Just a few weeks ago I asked for this from a bartender and he asked me what was in it. When I said "champagne and creme de cassis" he asked me if he could substitute creme de cacao. :scared1: So it seems I can only get these at home or on DCL ;)

Another vote for BBC here. YUM! Though the Konk Kooler I had on CC was pretty yummy too.

Orange margarita from Promenade Lounge the afternoon we sail - yummy

What's in a Mae West Martini?[/QUOTE]

I loved it so much that the bartender gave me one of the menus to take home so I could make any of the drinks.

The Mae West is:

a rose colored cherry, Ketel One, Amaretto & Midori with a splash of cranberry - $6.25 on the menu

:drinking1

Melon Coladas! (Yeah, I know they're a fruity drink, but what can I say?)
