Favorite Disney Song! C'mon, you know you want to reply!

Wow...all of these are my favorites! But if I had to pick it would be "Little Black Raincloud" from Winnie the Pooh for a song from a movie. It was my daughter's favorite when she was a baby and I'd sing it as her lullaby. Even though she's 13 now, when she's sick or sad she'll tell me..."Sing my song, Mom."

From the parks it would be "Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" and "The Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room." I recently watched the WDW video from 2000 and the music from the Main Street Electrical Parade made me cry. Just reminded me of when my daughter was so little and we watched that parade at DL!

Wow, so many people are posting on here! I feel very good about myself now! I'm really happy now and have nothing better to do than to surf the web and post on here. I HAVE A SNOW DAY TODAY! So, ummmm, I really don't know what to say now. I just kind of wanted to rant about having a day without crowded hallways and piles of homework but instead I'll just say that I'm so happy that you guys like this post and the Illuminations music is great! Best theme park music ever. Oh wait! I do have a quesiton (I seems to always come up with one as I'm typing ) Is it true that there's no Illuminations parade anymore? Maybe I'm confusing it with another parade but I just want to know 'cause I really want to experience the spine-tingling feeling of that music echoing throughout Epcot! Well, if anyone knows, I would be so grateful and there's plenty of room for new people on my Coolest People in the World list!

SetoKiaba_Goddess- cool, I sing Baby of Mine to my little ones when I put them to bed for the night. I love that song- I hope they remember when they get older like you! We also now sing Star LIght from Wishes. We used to always wish on a star at night, but since we went to WDW in NOv. they both want me to sing it too! So, those are two of my favorites for that reason.
Favorite Park Music- music from Main street electircal parade and wishes- I love the little girl singing!
Favorite Music from Movie- I just can't wait to be king, under the sea, bibidibobidiboo (however you spell it!), and a dream is a wish your heart makes- I have so many favorites from movies!

My favorite song from a Disney movie is "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes".

Also recently I love the song that is played on the radio during the Animal Kingdom Kilimanjaro Safari ride. Does anyone know the name of this song? We tried to find it in the stores in the Animal Kingdom. We could not find it. It isn't a Disney song.

My girls fight over who gets to dance with Daddy whenever "Once Upon A Dream" from Sleeping Beauty comes on. It's on the extra cartoon on the "Ice Age" movie too and they still want to dance to it.

Thanks a lot! I started a thread like this a few months ago, and it cost me about $70.00 at Strawberries! LOL! Everyone mentioned so many good songs (and now on this thread!) that I had to go out and pick up a few soundtracks!

'Once Upon a Dream" gets my vote. When we rented Sleeping Beauty a few weeks back my boys looked up at me in surprise when I satrted singing along with the song. "How do you know that song, Mom?" "I used to sing it to you when you were babies!" So, now they know their lullabye song- LOL.
As for WDW song- the Figment Imagination song. We only remember bits & pieces of it, but as soon as I start to hum it we all get in the Disney spirit!
...One little spark of inspiration! That's how our minds create creations....

Have to agree with earlier post--Baby of Mine is my all time favorite. Close second is Part of Your World from The Little Mermaid (my favorite Disney movie). As for park memories--Electrical Parade music from my childhood visits and Journey into Imagination with Figment from my recent trips.
