Ok got all my ADR's for my TS so now I would like to know what is your favorite CS at each park and what do you like to eat there. Or you can add your favorite CS at the resorts. I heard that POR has a salad bar at there CS. I am staying here and can't wait to see if this is true. Thanks for all your help.

There are several threads on this if you do a search, but I will give you ours:

Magic Kingdom:
Columbia Harbour House -- soup and sandwich
Pinocchio Village Haus -- turkey panini

Epcot:
Sunshine Seasns -- different stations with good food at mose

Hollywood Studios:
None -- we will go to a resort before we eat at a CS at the Studios

Animal Kingdom:
Flame Tree Barbecue -- ribs, pulled pork

Pepper Market at the CSR:
Anything...we have always enjoyed anything we have had there (to avoid the 10% automatic gratuity, ask for a "to go" ticket and take your food outside to eat by the lake)

MK- Pinocchio Haus: turkey panini, pizza, Mediterranean salad

Epcot- UK fish & chips window, Tangierine Cafe for shawarma

DHS- nothing, really. CS there is pretty bad...

AK- Flame Tree BBQ: pulled pork sandwich, ribs

DTD- Earl of Sandwich: just about anything!

Thanks for all the ideas, we will be doing Earl of Sandwich in DTD, never tried the turkey panini at MK- Pinocchio Haus, but it sounds good.

Im sorry but what is "CS" mean and "CSR" and "ADR". I know i sound stupid, but I'm new here so please have patience with me.

Thanks!:cutie:

Welcome :)

CS= counter service
CSR= Corando Springs Resort
ADR=Advanced Dining Reservation

As for the OP question:
MK-Cosmic Ray
EPFW-The Land
EPWS- Too many to choose :)
DHS- Backlot Express or Rosies
AK-Flame Tree

There are so many good places to eat. It is hard to choose our faves. A lot depends on what my mood is and what I'm hungry for. Sometimes all I want is Casey's hot dog, but that isn't my favorite. I know that isn't helpful. Sorry.

EPCOT- Sunshine Seasons for the beet and goat cheese salad (sounds yuck but soooo yummm!) and DH likes the seared ahi tuna salad

Magic Kingdom - Columbia Harbour House for the hummus and slaw sandwich

Animal Kingdom - Definitely Flame Tree BBQ for the ribs platter, and my most favorite key lime pie anywhere (as I wipe the drool off my keyboard)

POR - Design your own pasta section. Good lord, you best be hungry when you order! You get your choice of pasta, sauce, and add-ins. My husband can put away a buffalo without a problem, and even this fills him up, and it's around $7 or $8, a couple could easily share it, and we ain't the sharin' type! I like the penne with alfredo, pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Their bakery section has awesome magic cookie bars as well.

MK: Pecos Bill. I like the cheeseburger (really I like the toppings!). The rest of the family prefers the wrap. We also love the cheese fries.

AK: Yak & Yeti or Flame Tree. I prefer Yak & Yeti, and like everything. Everyone else prefers Flame Tree - they get the ribs.

Ep: Sunshine Seasons in Future World; Tangierine Cafe in WS. We try different things every time and they've all been pretty good.

HS: I don't like any of the CS here. We usually end up at ABC Commissary. My kids like the turkey legs at Toluca Legs, but I hate waiting in line for them.

And thanks for not making me feel dumb ;) Sometimes all these abrevations are confusing, especially to someone who hasnt been to Disney since she was 4 yers old! :)

MK - Columbia Harbour House - Tuna sandwich
DHS - Backlot express - Grilled Turkey sandwich
EPCOT - UK Fish & Chips or Chicken Caeser Salad at Sunshine Seasons

Favorite counter service spots in the parks? I'd say ...

Epcot - Future World: Sunshine Seasons in The Land.
Epcot - World Showcase: Cantina de San Angel at Mexico.
Magic Kingdom - Cosmic Rays's in Tomorrowland.
Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree Barbecue (if good weather), Pizzafari (if raining).
Studios - Sunset Ranch Market, ABC Commissary, Flatbread Grill, or the Backlot Express (any of these, depends upon where I'm located in the park when I get hungry ... :santa: )

Enjoy.

AK-Flame Tree--best CS we tried
Epcot--Sunshine Seasons in the Land pavilion. They have so much to choose from
WS--We enjoyed the UK & France CS
MK-Cosmic Rays is very good atmosphere & good hot dogs
I intend to try Pecos Bill next time
We did not eat CS at DS.
