Favorite Counter service?

I agree with many others.
MK-Pecos Bill's, Cosmic Ray's both have fixin' bars
EPCOT-Sunshine Seasons
DTD-Wolfgang Puck Express :love: , Earl of Sandwich
Resorts:
Poly-Capn' Cooks
CSR-Pepper Market (wide variety)
POFQ-chef's dinner
POR-create your own pasta, different chef dinner option than FQ

I haven't eaten at a CS in AK, yet but am going to try Flame Tree over Easter!!!
For the others...
MK - El Pirata y el Perrico - LOVE the taco salad
HS - Backlot Express - Great Pork Sandwich
Epcot - France - Hands down!!!!

Magic Kingdom: Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.

Epcot: Electric Umbrella.

Hollywood Studios: ABC Commissary.

Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree Barbecue & Pizzafari.

Downtown Disney Marketplace: Earl of Sandwich.

Contemporary: Contempo Cafe.

Grand Floridian: Gasparilla's Grill & Games.

Magic Kingdom: Columbia Harbour House (It's not crazy as Pecos Bill or Cosmic Ray's)

Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree BBQ (Anywhere I can get onion rings is okay by me!)

Epcot: The Patisserie in France (Pastries: need I say more?)

Studios: Starring Rolls (Yummy cupcakes and huge sandwiches)

Another vote for Flame Tree BBQ from me.

As an aside, we often opt for TS for lunch. It gives us a chance to sit down, relax and recharge. Plus, the prices are cheaper for much of the same items that are served for dinner.

MK -> caseys
EP -> france patisserie (this was by far the best counter service anywhere! They have french bread pizzas and ham & cheese croissants and awesome desserts)
HS -> Starring rolls
AK -> Yak & Yeti, Flame Tree

These are my faves.

MK - Cosmic Rays. They have a lot of variety from sandwiches to chicken and ribs. The chicken and rib combo is a great deal on the dining plan and can be easily shared. The only thing I don't like about this place are the different lines for different food.

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons at the Land. Once again great variety. They have some really nice salads and sandwiches. I usually get the Asain food, which is really good too. They also have a great bakery for desserts. You can get "real" desserts, not just a prepackaged cookie or cake in a bowl. Another good place on the DDP, a lot of bang for the buck.

AK- I don't really have a favorite here. It used to be Flame Tree BBW, but the last couple of time we ate there I didn't care for it. But it's a good deal on the DDP and a lot of people like it.

DHS - This is another one I struggle with because there's no really great options like at Epcot or MK. I've ate at Backlot Express and liked it, but it's just burgers and fries. I've also had a good meal at ABC Commissary, though it seems like everyone on the DIS hates it.

DTD - Wolfgang Puck Express. Asbolutely my favorite CS on property. Lots of variety and very good value on the DDP. They have lots of variety, pizza, pasta, salads, chicken, plus more I can't even think of. They have some good desserts too.

I like Casey's at the end of main street in the MK. It's good basic ballpark food, and not as expensive in comparison to other places around the park. I just feel sorry for the employees, who have to wear those uniforms when it's hot out.
