Olive Garden ~ love the Tour of Italy, yummy soups, great salad, hot bread sticks!! :thumbsup2

I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at any of the places listed. The Cheesecake Factory is probably the best of the lot, but it doesn't thrill me. There are a few chains that are OK, but I much prefer locally owned places.

Bobby's Burger Palace has nothing on Roadside. You have to try them. They're on Rt. 25 in the old Daffy's plaza in Smithtown. Much cheaper too!! The only things I like about Bobby's are the shakes. I love all the different flavors.

We go to Roadside too (love the sweet potato fries), I still like Bobbys better. Cheeburger Cheeburger too! Foster's Grille in Nesconset makes a great burger also.

I wish we had a local Cracker Barrel. Paneras is on my list too.

I haven't heard of a few of the options, but I do love the Olive Garden as well as Chili's. I could DRINK their salsa!!!

Mine would be Ruth Chris or Melting Pot, neither are listed.

None of the above... my faves are Don Pablos (too bad they closed down all of em in Michigan) and Benihanas .

I picked the Macaroni Grill as well. I love, love, love the bread! Besides, where else can you go pee and learn Italian at the same time? :lmao:

This might be just a northeast chain but we love Not Your Average Joe's. Panera always has great, fresh food too.

My faves aren't on the list but some have already been mentioned (Melting Pot and Outback). I also love Maggiano's! (And Mimi's Cafe for breakfast).

Also like Outback, but not an option.

Also one of my favorite's.

Hard to choose from. So many good ones out there, but I voted for Red Lobster. I love seafood.

Another couple of my favorites (even though they don't have many restaurants throughout the U.S.) are the Hard Rock Cafe's and Tony Roma's. We used to have a TR's close to us, but it closed down. :sad1: We don't have a HRC here either. Both places give me a good excuse to go on vacation. :thumbsup2

I don't have some of the ones mentioned in my area, and of the ones I do, I don't really have a favorite. I do have favorite dishes at all of them though :)

I agree! My favorites are Bahama Breeze, Pei wei or PF Changs, Chipolte, and Panera Bread. I'm sure I have a few more but these are the ones I go to the most that I can think of right now. :thumbsup2

I love Panera & Chipotle, but didn't put them on the list b/c I was trying to put sit-down restaurants on the list.

We go to Roadside too (love the sweet potato fries), I still like Bobbys better. Cheeburger Cheeburger too! Foster's Grille in Nesconset makes a great burger also.

I wish we had a local Cracker Barrel. Paneras is on my list too.

I think I see progress...there's a Denny's coming to Centereach!! LOL I've been thinking since they're building the casino out in Southampton, there might be a CB in the future!!!! Imagine how much business they would get if they built one somewhere along the 27 on the way to the casino???
