Favorite Bad Movie

The other is called "Midnight Madness" about four teams of college students on a scavenger hunt around Los Angeles. Starring David Naughton (The "wouldn't you like to be a Pepper too?" guy for those of you over 33) and Michael Fox (he didn't use the J. back then; I believe this was his first role). The cast also includes Stephen Furst and that skinny guy who plays the geek in every movie that has a geek in it, but I have no idea what his name is (sorry skinny geek guy). Pee Wee Herman even has a small role in the movie. [/B]

I was TOTALLY going to say this movie too! Isn't it a total crack up? I LOVE IT! The blue team, the red team, the white team, the yellow team. This movie rocks!

I think I have the winner here:

"Earth Girls are Easy"

Gina Davis, Jeff Goldbloom, Jim Carey

Just about anything that was shown on MST3K..... Tom Servo and Crow made just about any bad movie watchable :p

DBF agrees with Waterworld and Dude Where's My Car(I asked him:) ) and he wants to add Road Trip, bad but a blast

I love Son in Law. My friend and I used to watched it all the time.

Phantom of the Paradise. Yup. It's Brian DePalma's first movie, and it's so bad, it's good. "He sold his soul for rock n' roll" was the tag line, and it was a 70's version of Phantom of the Opera. Hey, it has Paul Williams as Faust! :) I even have the soundtrack. Hehehehe.

Jumpin Jack Flash..........I love that movie too!!

My fav part is when she goes into Elizabeth Arden! Too funny!

(btw - just killing time before Survivor starts.......darn Superbowl!)

;) :D

Big Trouble in Little China. I just love this movie. I got the DVD for Christmas. :D

The Last Starfighter :D

Fifth Element :D

Now I'm going to have to find my tape of The Cutting Edge and watch it after reading this thread. My DH and I just love that movie and it has been a while since I've watched it.

It's gotta be any of the old monster flicks. I love watching toy tanks blow up. I wasted many hours watching the "ghoul" ,"Super Host", and Big Chuck and Hoolihan shows growing up.

I'm all about bad 80's movies. My favs were American Ninja 1 and 2. 3 and 4 were ok but nothing compared to part 1 and 2. :)

Am I really the first one to mention American Werewolf in London?

I love Jumping Jack Flash. The end has to be my favorite part.

Another pretty bad one is Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter is Dead. For some reason I love that movie.

I've never considered the Vacation movies to be bad. You've just gotta love Clark W. Griswald and the gang. Randy Quaid is a classic in these movies. Come on, admit it... how many of you wanted Marty Moose punch bowl cups?

If these are bad movies, then I'm guilty of loving them, too.

OK how many of us watch those tv movies of the week of Lifetime. Over and over.

Gleaming the Cube, a movie about skateboarding with Christian Slater. I get all happy on the rare occasion I find it on TV.

We created the Lifetime Movie drinking game. Every time Nancy McKeon breaks down crying, you have a drink. :hyper:

LOVED Grease 2 - had such a huge crush on Matthew Caulfield!

Sixteen Candles is also a great movie...

I was one of about three people in the whole wide world who thought Ishtar was hillarious. My best friend and I had an ongoing joke about blind camels all through high school.

Some of these are favorites of mine -- Night of the Comets, cutting edge, and Just one of the guys.

Did anyone ever see a tv movie called "sin of innocence"? It had megan follows and dermot mulrooney in it. It's about a widower with a teenaged son, who marries a divorced woman with a teenaged daughter. The two kids become romanticly attracted to each other. They are not blood relations to each other but all of the grown ups get very upset -- especially the ex-husband. I remember it being a very innocent love story about people forced to be apart. I haven't seen it in years. I saw it on tv because I was a big Megan Follows fan after Annie of Green Gables.

It was one of those cheese ball movies that I remember being a guilty pleasure.

Love Cutting Edge, too! Especially "toe pick"!

There's another movie I've watched a few times that is so bad, I just have to watch it. It is with Sarah Jessica Parker and she is trying to get on a tv dance show. Helen Hunt plays her best friend. I just can't remember the name of it!!
