We start the weekend with OT… now we end the weekend in OT…

Totally by NFL design! I do love football, but unfortunately it's becoming a polished version of WWE(F). I've been "gaming" NFL matchups for years so have seen my share of questionable plays -but last nights "miracle" really did it for me. That was so blatant it should be embarrassing. But hey.... that's what happens when Vegas is involved . I hope I didn't create a "Santa isn't real moment" for anyone.....

Are you referring to the Bears? What was wrong or rigged about that play? Sure there was a push off by the receiver but we all know refs swallow the whistle in those types of late game situations.

Now was there a lot to dislike about that game. Yup. Unfortunately, for the Bears, a receiver known for not trying hard and breaking routes did so in one of the most important moments for the franchise in recent memory. Further, the Bears coach going for it too much put the bears into that situation. Had he kicked, the Rams wouldn't be taking a knee to go to OT. But I don't see anything rigged.

Check the spread.... that's all that matters(in Vegas)! I know what I'm talking about.

Spread was Rams -3.5 or -4.5 depending. There was no guarantee of a 3 point win in ot. The Rams could have scored a TD and almost did twice. Then the Rams would have covered instead of the Bears.



BTW who is watching the next QB the Jets totally ruin play tonight?

I wandered in where DH was watching to see the Bears QB Hail-est of Hail Mary desperation passes successfully completed. I felt so happy for those Chicago fans.

Too bad he threw an interception in OT.

Fixed. Giving up that touchdown was the only way for Chicago to cover. Rams covering wasn’t gonna happen -they could have just ended the game for that. If it was the only time I’ve seen it, I’d call it a miracle -but unfortunately that’s not the case. Spread was 3.5(+)…
