What are your favorite and least favorite shows on the ships and why? Was asking my friend this question after her first cruise and she had such a hard time deciding so would love to hear what everyone else thinks!

Favorites:
Golden Mickeys - love the songs, and the glitz and glamor on the first night of dream. Also loved that Out There was part of the song list!!
Wishes - I thought the story was pretty good and like this just a bit better than Believe (maybe except for that tear jerking ending). Great songs.

Least favorite:
Villains tonight - Hades did a pretty good job but the songs weren't as catchy as the other shows for me

If I have to have one I like it would be villains, but even that I didn't really enjoy. I don't j ow the characters and I was reminded of Aladdin at DCA andniy bummed me out.

Golden mickeys was so unspeakably obnoxious and nonsensical I could barely stay in the theater.

After those reactions my family "wouldn't let" me see Believe. They said the cheese factor is beyond GM to an unbearable degree even for them (and they are cheesey guys) and I might have actually simply imploded.

It may be "cheesy" to some, but I adore Believe.

Didn't really follow the "story" of Villains at all, so I'll go with that.

Caveat being I have really only seen the shows on the Dream. When I was on the Fantasy I went to the first one (the ad for the cruise), walked out of the second because the people around me were so unspeakably rude I couldn't focus on it, don't like Aladdin, and Believe was also on the Fantasy. And I don't do the so-called comedians as I don't like stand-up in any form, and magicians bore me.

The only shows on a ship I can't speak of is the Magic (going on it in a week though). By far, my least favorite show on a Disney Cruise has been Villains Tonight on the Dream. I have been a person that hasn't liked many villains, so I'm not surprised that has been my least favorite. My favorites have been Aladdin (I grew up going to the Disneyland Resort weekly, and it reminded me so much of seeing Aladdin at DCA) on the Fantasy, and Disney Dreams on the Wonder. I'm a Lion King fan, and the version of "Circle of Life" in that show instantly made it a favorite for me. I also like the story. I'm so excited to see Disney Dreams on the Magic next week. I'm also interested to see how they put Tangled together for the stage. I am a show person, so I will most likely never skip a theater show despite if a show is my least favorite or not.

For me:
Tangled
Dreams
Golden Mickeys

Twice Charmed (used to be in #1 list, but the rework of it I don't like as much)
Aladdin
Wishes(upgraded from #3 list because it acknowledges there is another Disney park besides WDW - Disneyland)

Believe
Villains Tonight (taking bottom position from Toy Story)

Frozen (can't rate this one yet - haven't seen it)

Favorite - Tangled (and it's not even close) We also really enjoyed Walt Disney: The Dream Goes On though I don't believe it is shown on all sailings (we saw it on an 11 night Magic cruise)

Least favorite - Villains Tonight and either Wishes or Believe - I can't remember which one it was, but really did not enjoy it and thought the other one sounded basically like the first one, so we skipped it.

I would like to see Frozen sometime. I can't believe I'm saying that as I am so sick of the whole Frozen thing, but after reading about a lot of the behind the scenes stuff I am intrigued!

Love, love, love Golden Mickeys. Also super loved Tangled....it is probably my favorite right now. Loved it so much I saw both showings on our cruise and skipped dinner in the MDR. Saw it again on our next Magic cruise and loved it even more.

Love Disney Dreams and Twice Charmed (I like the redo of it).

Believe and Wishes are OK...they have some good numbers but do not really like either story line.

Hated Villians (and I love all things Villian).

Didn't care for Toy Story that much.

Really liked Aladdin.

Can't wait to see Frozen on the Wonder next month!!

Favorite Believe least favorite Villians that may change when I come back from the Wonder in April (only have done the Dream)

LOVE LOVE LOVE Tangled.

I also really enjoy Golden Mickeys and I like Wishes because it includes Hawaiian roller coaster ride, one of my favorite songs, featuring one of my favorite characters!

Believe and Dreams are both fun because of the characters and scenes, and the storylines are fine. I feel the same way about the first night shows on the three ships that have them.

I like Unforgettable Journey on the Fantasy because of the way it is Walt centered, and I really enjoy seeing the pictures of all the families from the cruise.

Do not really care for Villains , and the Aladdin show is really about who's ever playing the genie, did not enjoy the genie on this last cruise. Twice Charmed is just okay.

Did not like Toy Story at all, and not sad to see it go. Looking forward to seeing Frozen in the spring, The movie is not my favorite, but I'll be interested to see how they've adapted it to the ship. I miss the Hercules show, that was one of my favorites.

I have only been on the Wonder and the Magic.

I think my most favorite of all was Hurculese (RIP). I just thought it was the most amazing show in the world.

I absolutely LOVE Tangled, and we too chose to skip dinner so we could watch it twice. It's magical.

I LOVED Twice Charmed. I just thought it was beautiful and top notch. Cinderella had me crying during her big number, she was perfect.

I LOVE Golden Mickey's and Dreams with its incredible Little Mermaid and Lion King scenes.

My least favorite show was the Walt Disney show...it has some older songs in it that I don't know and didn't really like and I also prefer musicals over singers standing on stage and singing (despite the fact that that's what I do for a living...LOL).

I absolutely love Disney Dreams and bawl every time I see it. I haven't seen Tangled or Frozen yet.
I don't have one that I haven't liked however, going way back for one that I didn't love, I would say Voyage of the Ghost Ship (I think that was the name). In fairness though it was our fist night on DCL, the ship was really rocking bad, and I had 2 little ones with me so the surroundings may have affected my enjoyment some. ;)

oh but you do it so very well....if anything is magical, it's you when you're on stage singing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

.

I had a lot of fun during the Golden Mickeys (I would see it again) but I thought Believe was a bit more oriented for children.

I think that we'll see Dreams and Frozen on the Wonder in April 2017. Can't wait!

I've only just done the Dream. Villians Tonight was horrible, it had funny scenes but also painful ones and I was overall disappointed. Because of this we skipped Golden Mickeys. Believe was cute and a little cheesy, but apparently I like that cheese because I cried a little.
When I go back with my family I doubt my husband will go to the shows as he only likes FotLK at WDW and can't stand the other musicals or even Fantasmic.

Least favorite: Golden Mickeys...bad, just really, really bad

Favorite: Tangled...awesome from beginning to end

Favorite is Tangled. Although Aladdin is a close second.

I like Wishes and Believe, Golden Mickeys.

Least favorite, Twice Charmed, but that does not mean I do not like it.

I haven't been on Fantasy yet but of the others, Tangled is my favorite. My least favorite use to be Toy Story but now it is Twice Charmed. This was the old version that I saw.

Seeing Frozen in 2 weeks! What ship is Tangled on ? Would like to see it since so many of you loved it.
