Fave Moderate...Please reply soon!

Although I haven't stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter yet, I really want to. The downside is, it's kind of a moderate - light since they got rid of the restaurant. The good side is that it's the smallest of the moderates (not as much walking) and the boat ride to either Downtown Disney or to POR.

For the resorts we have stayed at, Carribean Beach is the favorite so far.

The only moderate we have stayed at is CSR, so don't have a wide experience with the moderates. I will say, that even though we agree hands down about the Pepper Market being unappealing, we still enjoyed the CSR. We don't have children, and we really enjoyed the convention aspect of the hotel, which just meant (on this particular trip, at least) that there were very few children to make noise in the hotel. I enjoyed the peace and quiet, and we definitely saw a good many businessmen and couples without children. So if you want to get away from noise when you travel, CSR may be a good choice. The lobby of the GF, which I always think of as a more adult oriented resort, was swarming with screaming, dripping wet kids wearing only bathing suits, and we saw none of that at CSR.
