You know, you might have something there! Most people say to wear darker colors because it makes you look thinner, but I love my bright clothes!
 
I lost 42lbs on Atkins and it was so easy. I have never felt so healthy and had so much energy as when I was doing that.

I've put about 12lbs back on because I'm not sticking to it or eating healthily but when I start again I know it will work.

OK, so my friend was doing WW and told me to join....I am flat broke!!! So we copied the little slider card thing that says how many pts foods are.... but, I am still confused as to what to do....

How many pts can I eat in one day....the leftovers I can use on the weekends right???

What about fruits/veggies....are those 0 pts??? Is there anything that is 0 pts????

I want to start ASAP but I want to make sure I am doing the right thing...:confused3

Okay so you know the points system goes by how much you weigh and your age and how much activity you do each day. If you know that than all you have to do is read the back of a package of food your going to see how many calories than it should be how much fat and how much fiber in each bar or whatever you are looking at. All 100 calorie packs are usually 2points. Also this is for 1 Serving. Fruit like a small apple or orange is 1point. Veggies are usually 0 but you eat a lot of them it can turn into points. The only veggies that have points are the ones with natural oils. Like avocados, fried onions, cooked carrots, raw carrots are still 0. Oh and fruit like grapes, blueberries are 1Cup is 1 point. I hope this helps.
You can also ask your friend to get you one of the W.W food calculators. They are awesome. You just put in your calories, fat and fiber and it shows you how many points that particular food is. Now if the food you are eating has more than 4 grams of fiber just put in 4 grams. The food calculators are only I think 9.95. I love it. It keeps me on track. I have lost 7.4 pounds this last week. I have been so faithful. Oh and you get 35 points each week for thoughs extra things like BBQ's or weddings or parties but once you use thoughs points up you have to stay with your daily points which mine are 28 points a day. I hope this helps.

There is also a Weight Watchers Weigh in on here to I do believe it's down below the community board it's called W.I.S.H and there is a weight watchers weigh in Part 2 they can help you out with any questions you have. Also I know they do it here in California at my meetings where you can sit in on a meeting before you decide to maybe join they can answer your questions too.
 
i think WW online has a free trial for 30 day..also, a lot of my Dave Matthews board friends use sparkpeople..that is free and seems pretty good
