Fastpasses/Single-Rider Lines

What attractions in each park have Fastpasses? Also, what attractions have single-rider lines? I am not much of a thrill rider, but my wife is, so hopefully she can get on some rides faster in the single-rider line.

The only 2 rides I can think of that have single rider lines are Test Track and Mission Space.

But it's probably not possible to get FP's for all of those attractions - you can only have one at once, so pick which ones are going to be busiest and only get passes for those attractions. You can always go back and get another one after your first FP has run out.
