Fastpasses for the 21 day ultimate ticket

We have started booking our fastpasses 60 days out as we have a hotel reservation for the 20 days but we can only book fastpasses for 14 days. Does anyone know why this is when should we expect to be able to book the rest of them.

That's how the FP system is set up.

Tomorrow you'll be able to book another day's worth of FPs. Continue with each passing day until you reach 21 days of FPs.
