Fastpasses and Tickets

I was looking at the Southwest Disney World tickets deal and was interested in purchasing. However, we are looking for 7-day passes, but they only have up to 6. I know that I can upgrade once I get to the resort, but does that affect how many days I can set up Fastpasses (i.e. setting up Fastpasses for 7 days based on 6 days purchased)? Thanks for your help.

6 day tickets equals 6 days of FP+ reservations.

You can add the extra day at guest relations and then make the 7th day of FP+ reservations.

Just don't make FP+ reservations for an AK day if you decide to purchase these tickets. You can usually get FP+ reservations for that park on short notice!

Even with expedition everest and the safari? Trying to see if I should consolidate my MK days from 3 to 2. Not sure how the wait will be without fastpasses during spring break. Although it will save us $200... so many things to decide. Thank you for your input!

The Southwest Airlines ticket deal has ended. You may as well just buy a 7-day ticket now.
