fastpass with one day tickets?

This seems like a really newbie question, but I don't know this because we usually get park hoppers. My sister's family is joining us for one day only at WDW. They are going to buy one day one park tickets. Do they entitle them to use Fastpass? Thanks in advance.

You can get fastpass with any tickets. Just go to the fastpass booths at the rides and insert your ticket. Out pops your fast pass with your time printed on it. Don't forget to take your ticket back too. Also, pay attention to which direction you insert your pass into the machine. The directions are right on the machine. I have seen many people trying to insert their tickets the wrong way and getting very confused when the machine refuses to issue a fastpass.
