Fastpass + UK Booking Time Window

Hi All,

We are getting close again !! 60 days on Saturday so am I correct in thinking that if Magic Kingdom closes at 2am on Saturday Morning due to magic hours then my FP+ Window will start at 7am Saturday or is it 6am I'm confused ??

If so thats a nice little bonus as I've been up at 4.50am for the normal 5am start on our previous couple of trips !!

i believe if the scheduled park closing time for Magic Kingdom is 2am, then your FP time will open at 7am UK time.
However, evening magic hours have no effect on FP open times, so if the Magic Kingdom park is open until 2am because of extra magic hours, your FP opening time would still be 5am UK time.

Thanks for reply, anybody else confirm this please, Im sure I read somewhere if MK is open passed midnight then FP+ opens at 1am US time ?

Hi, I believe that at the moment the booking window is 5am UK time no matter what time MK closes. Have a look at this thread

Good spot jothp, I nearly missed that update, looks like I'm getting up at 5am on the 5th of July then, thought I was going to have a lie-in until at least 6am

We have recently booked our FP at 60 days out and didn't have any problems getting what we wanted and we normally did them after school.

Yep it was 5am .. Up at 4.50am, Logged in at 5am all done and everything we wanted a few times slightly off but never mind can live with that, managed to A&E for DD so she will be made up again.., back in bed by 5.30am..

apart from anna and elsa, everything appears to have lots of availability at 60 days (even 40 days) so if you're onsite you should be absolutely fine booking at any time of the day when your 60-day window opens.

We did ours this week at 60 days and there was no problem getting seven dwarfs at about 6am on the first day of our holiday - lots of times were still available. I should think you could get away with trying whatever time you normally get up.

To be honest A&E was the only FP+ I did struggle with could not get a great time on either of the two days we are going to MK but little bit of juggling around sorted it out..

i had a lovely time doing my FPs this morning when I got up at my usual time (don't need anna and elsa) - and then I spent a couple of hours playing about with touringplans - I'm losing the plot (but in a fun way )!

I did mine the other day. I got up at 7.30 and had done them by 8am. Got everything we wanted at times to suit us. Anna and Elsa, 7 DMT and a few less popular ones lol. It worked fine. Did online check-in too and was able to choose a pin for magic bands and add a credit card plus I requested location and upper floor room.

Regarding the online check in at the hotel how does that work? I'm travelling via VH can I still do this? If so where do I go to do this as I couldn't see anything on the website. Thanks!!
