FastPass+ Service Unavailable - Why?

good morning,

I was able to book my FP selections last Tuesday, but every day for Big Thunder Mt Railroad, I've gotten this: FastPass+ Service Unavailable

It's completely different than the options that are gone, which say this:
There are no more FastPass+ times for this experience, but standby may be available.

Does anyone know why this might be not offering FP? We will be there mid/late August. I certainly hope it won't be shut down! It was shut down the LAST time we were there and my kids really want to ride it!

Can you tell me where you found this? I'm guessing Dinosaur and Muppet Vision are also under refurbishment due to the same message in the fast pass screen 2 of my sons favs
