1. What is the earliest time fast passes are available? Does the time frame begin at park opening? (if park opens at 9, can I get a FP for 9-10?)

2. In parks with tiers, can I get 3 tier 2 FPs or do I have to get 1 tier 1 and 2 tier 2s?

3. If we use up our first 3 FPs in one park, can we schedule our 4th in another park before we go to that park?

1. yes, not counting any extra magic hours
2. yes, you can get three tier twos
3. yes. You don't have to schedule three in the first park if you don't want them all, but you can't prebook in two parks. You can schedule FP+ in a second park as soon as you use any that you have pre-scheduled. The FP sticky explains this much better than I just did, but if you only care about one FP in the first park, you can schedule for the second park as soon as you tap into the first FP.
