Fastpass Question

I will be arriving at WDW on May 4 with my daughter and niece, my brother and younger niece will be joining us on May 7. Will I be able to book my brother's fastpasses 60 days out from when I arrive if we are staying in the same room, or do I have to wait and book his fastpasses at 60 days from when he arrives?
