Fastpass pin information

During my trip to WDW last week I was lucky enough to trade for a Fast Pass pin. I heard the edition size of this pin was between 8 and 10 thousand. One of the stories I've heard was 8,000. Of those 8,000 four thousand went to Cast Members who worked the fast past areas, 2,000 went to Disney Managers and Excutives and the remaining 2,000 went to travel agents who deal with Disney. Any info regarding this pin will be appreciated.

Hi Larry, The latest rumor I heard about the Fastpass pin is that it is going to become a rack pin soon because of it's popularity. Has anyone else heard this?

I sure hope that rumor about it becoming a rack pin is true, 'cause I still don't have one, and it makes my job of acquiring one that much easier!
