Fastpass on a cruise?

Hi everyone!
We are booked for Disney Wish from May 18-22 2026 and I had a question.
This is just part of a huge 2 1/2 week trip for our 25th anniversary that we are going big for. Our 19 year old son is autistic and is coming with us. He needs assistance in lines, and usually gets a DAS at disneyland (in LA where we live) and already has the IAP set up for all Universal Studios parks. (We have annual passes for Universal Studios Hollywood).
So I am still learning about activities on the cruise and I am wondering if they have any sort of DAS system on the cruise. Particularly stuff that may have a long line like the AquaMouse?
Anything else that may have a long line? Anything on Castaway Cay that I need to look out for with long lines?
We have cruised with both Carnival and Royal Caribbean and both cruise lines have a check in lane or system for us we just let them know in advance that we have a special needs person in our party and they take us through a side lane where we don't have to wait. Does Disney Cruise line have anything like this?

I am also not sure what to do when docking at the Bahamas (or if we are even going to get off the boat). We have been to the Bahamas before and went to Atlantis water park and it was.....ok. Lots of long lines which didn't do ok for our son and we were done about halfway through the day, I think the aquarium part was closed or something because we never found it. Any ideas? We were thinking of swimming with dolphins but we've done that before when we cruised to Cabo San Lucas (and my son loved it though), but we are looking for something new to do. Any ideas?

There are no official “fast pass” procedures on the cruise ships. However, there are also not as many lines as in the parks. There will be lines for the Aqua Mouse and for character greetings. However, the lines are generally straight and fully visible so that if your son needs to step away while someone in your group holds his place, he could rejoin the line a few minutes later.

There are also sometimes lines to enter the dining rooms and the theater when they first open, but those move quickly once entry starts. Arriving a few minutes after the doors open will usually result in much shorter lines.

There may be lines at the slide and dining areas at Castaway Cay, but most of the island is open and can be explored at will.

Also, if you head up top when you board, and are already in your swim suit, you can usually hop on the aqua mouse and ride it a few times with very little line.

At least, that's been my experience 😀

How important is it to get off the ship at all? AquaMouse will run all day while in both ports. If there is nothing in Nassau that strikes you, why force it? If you need to get off to stretch your legs, walk the shops for a few minutes then head back to the ship. The ship will be quieter, but not empty. If you don't need to be in the sand or ocean, I'd even suggest staying on the ship while in CC. 95%+ of the ship is going to get off, which means you can enjoy the pools with next to no one else, get on AquaMouse and stay on as many times as you want without getting off, no lines at the buffet or FofF. It's like having your own 144,000 GT ship.

I stayed on the boat when we went to Nassau, we'd been there before and I just didn't feel like taking the kids ashore this time around. We snagged a Palo brunch instead.

Like mentioned above, the lines for characters are normally in public places where your son could step away and join again later. The slides do not have a DAS-equivalent.
