Fastpass+/My Disney Experience is NOT playing well with others...

Ok so I was able to make reservations for every day, but now not every day is showing up in my itinerary. And now I'm afraid they didn't take.

This is just awful. We pay so much money and spend so much time planning and staying up late that when we do finally get on to try and book the system is down and the fastpasses that were available when you started are gone when the system is back up and running...... it really does rain on my disney magic. It shouldn't have to be this hard. There HAS to be a better way..... even if Disney just got it together with their IT department...... this happened to us when we booked our trip AND when we were making dining reservations as well. So that means this isn't just a "fluke" ~ its the norm unfortunately.

Hello all, I'm in WDW now and the entire FP+/MDE crashed this evening around 7:30. It goes back up for a bit, then is shoddy again. Refresh webpages, sign out, then in, clear cache, and you should be good. I've updated and changed FP+s doing this just now! Best of luck!

Ok so I am trying this fast pass thing for the first time. There are 8 of us in our party and although I have control over everyone, it won't let me book rides for two of our guests. HELP!

If guests are under 3, they won't show up on the fast pass selection page since they don't technically have a ticket and therefore don't need a fast pass. If they're all adults, there should be an option on the main FP+ page to "update guests on fast pass selections." Does that help?

They are adults and I can see them in my choices however I can't check their names. It's my parents so I really want to be able to include them. :-(

Are you sure you have control over their profile and they are ticketed guests? If you unselect others, can you then select them?

That is really, really strange. I'm guessing it's part of this crazy glitch. I guess you'll have to call. They open relatively early, IIRC.

It's frustrating. I stay up so late, have to work tomorrow, and still have to call. I keep telling myself the trip will make it all worth it. . . . too bad I will be exhausted from all of this planning.

Does anyone know the best strategy for trying to add Anna and Elsa later on? Do they open up more at the 30 day window?

Just a heads up - I was able to get 5 FP+ for Anna and Elsa on Saturday 11/14 - start with one or two people and slowly copy one person at a time over and then you will have to play with the times but ive gotten everyone in the 12:00 window as of right now and I'll keep playing with the times as the days go on! So don't give up!
