Fastpass, missing people from party

I am trying to help my daughter and her boyfriend with Fastpass se up. Even though they are on my friends list I cant see them on my list to make fastpasses for, and they can not see each other to make fastpasses together.
Is there a setting we are missing?

I'm actually having that problem too. I've tried linking their tickets but it still says there is a problem. I'm going to call Disney tomorrow. I had a similar issue last trip and they were able to fix it over the phone. Hopefully it will be the same this time. Good luck.

MDE isn't know for being the most reliable, so I would just call Disney to have them help fix it
