Maybe I caught a castmember having a bad day, but these things do have expirations now. I've always heard they are good beyond, kind of an unwritten rule. And in The Unnofficial Guide to Walt Disney World by Bob Sehlinger&Len Testa on pg 79 "At both WDW and Disneyland in California, the return window expiration time is ingnored as a matter of policy, though Disney keeps this something of a secret."
Wasn't a huge deal, but I took my daughter (6yrs old) on Splash Mountain on 11/1 3hrs after the fast pass window expired, and we were denied entrance. Stand by was marked 45 min, but only lasted about 30.
Didn't really want to make a scene, but has anyone else experienced this crackdown? Earlier last week when the MK was empty, we were a little late on a few but had no issues whatsoever.
Thoughts??
