FastPass+ Change Notification?

We booked a fast pass for It's Tough to be a Bug on 9/3 from 11:55 to 12:55. We just got an email that said our selection is no longer available due to an unexpected change in the operating schedule.

Help? I didn't see that the ride would be closed during this time.

I just got one too for 9/27!! Maybe they are closing it for the month of Sept?

I got an email like this when I booked a fastpass for a different show (I think it was Vogage of the Little Mermaid). I didn't read it as saying that the show won't be running, but that they either overbooked fastpasses or had to move the start time or something. in my email, I was told I got an open FP+ that could be used anytime during regular park hours at a list of shows (I think all the live action shows in HS--including VotLM, which is why I'm assuming it's still running while we're there). did your email say something similar, and was It's tough to be a bug on the list of options?

The email said we are booked instead for Finding Nemo The Musical. I logged on to try to book for another day and it is not coming up as an option. The MDE app shows it is closed for refurbishment.

That is odd considering the refurb is supposed to be done by Aug 11

I just got one too. Our FastPass date was for 9/13 so I am assuiming this is closed in September. Kids won't be happy!

Mine said they gave me Festival of the Lion King instead, so no option to just choose what you want.... Guess we will find out eventually...

Did we consider the fact that perhaps since FOTLK is reopened they are merely just doing away with ITTBAB fast pass?

Oh no!! Where did you hear this?!? I understand that it needs some TLC but that's a really long time for it to be in refurb!
