I am also having issues viewing FP+ reservations. One minute all are correct, one minute they are not. Frustrating, and if they tell you don't use the app what are you supposed to do when you are in the park and you want to change or somewhere you don't have your computer?

Unfortunately, you would have to use a kiosk. We are staying onsite but do not own a smartphone and we will be forced to do this. So not happy.

I am going to do what one other poster said, I'm going to do a print screen of our fp+ reservations. Then we can prove that we have them. One wish is that they will change it so we can use the 3 options in different parks and not tier anything. but we'll see how it works out.

As folks report these problems, could you please let us know what browser and what smart phones you are using? I had always found that Disney sites did not play well with Firefox, but work fairly well with chrome. Every now and them, I still have to use explorer.

Seems like it is not just me having problems then.

Good to know that the varying fastpass bookings on screen did not have an effect at the park.

I'm also going to take some screen captures showing the correct bookings just in case.

I forgot but I did read about doing this. Good idea! I'll have to make note (our trip isn't until August). It does bug me that guests have to "prove" they have reservations.
