FastPass Booking Window

Hey I read the FAQ and it says the booking opens 60 days in advance of you stay at 7am EST but that isnt too bad I thought I heard of people having to stay up til 2 in the morning to do it. Guess its still middle of night for me on west coast at 4am

is 7am correct?
