My story ends well but I wanted to share in case someone else encounters the same issue.
The room discounts for the summer came out after I booked my package. I called to have the discount applies and it was done no problem. I went to My Disney Experience to make sure everything transferred over correctly. The reservation was linked and all was correct. However, I noticed that my tickets were not showing up under the Tickets and Passes section of the webpage. I called to speak with someone and they assured me everything was linked and the tickets were there.
Fast forward to the day my 60 day window opened. I log on at 11 pm CST and begin the process. I begin to receive a message stating I need valid park admission and to link my tickets at that time. No problem, I have my package confirmation so I proceed to enter in the information. Same error message follows. After an hour of trying to link them on my own and thinking I am doing something wrong, I'm nearly in tears. I read plenty of information on the boards to know how this is supposed to be going and this is not it. After getting my husband up and now in a full blown panic (I can feel Ana and Elsa slipping through my fingers), he suggests I call the resort directly just to see if they can fill me in on whatever the problem is.
Well, the problem was that the cast member who applied the discount to my room failed to link my tickets.

The resort CM was actually very surprised by such an oversight and felt horrible that she couldn't do anything for me. She gave me the best number to call once the reservation lines opened and encouraged me to call Guest Services and speak with a manager to report the problem. I told her that would definitely be happening...
I got a few very restless hours of sleep and made my call as soon as the lines opened. Luckily, everything got straightened out, I got all the FastPasses I needed, and was able to speak with a Guest Services supervisor to inform them of what had happened. It was handled very well and I was given a 4th FastPass+reservation for 7 Dwarfs, which I appreciated since it was not available to reserve yet.
So just a word of caution- check your My Disney Experience before you get ready to do your booking. Package or not, the tickets NEED to be listed. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
