My DH and I went in January and was able to use a website to book a FP for BOG now I have friends going in a few weeks and I want them to be able to be able to do this. Is the website the same or is there a new procedure. I have read something about receiving an email. Please help me get them a FP!

-use a reservation number starting with 44....
-If their reservation number is anything else have them look on their luggage tags for DME for the number
-Can usually book 27-28 days out; before it will show no availability

its currently unlocking at 26 days - i was able to get an excellent time for my family.
but then i also got an invite.

Four times with FP and no email invite. Never unlocked until week out. Been able to book one week out all summer even though no hotel reserve until mid August. Got email invite and still can't book except for upcoming week so that was pointless. Honestly reading everyone's experiences I don't think there is any rhyme or reason. Note I have been able to change multiple times in one trip so I don't think they are hard to get once system unlocks for you.

Both times we have gone (Sept '13 and Mar '14) it was very beneficial to have FP for the lunch. The FP+ was in full swing in March and the FP for BOG was separate from the 3 FP+'s we used at MK.

Look in MDE under My Reservations. Your confirmation # should be listed there. The same number can be found on your luggage tags if you are doing ME. Also, you do not need to receive the email in order to book. I booked this past Saturday for Aug. 15th (28 days out) and got the email invite a few days later. BTW - This morning I decided to modify the time I initially chose and had no problem doing so.

Since they are offering fast pass now, I am afraid not to. Before I would have said no, not if you get there early. I don't usually have any pixie dust , but my daughter and I ate there after July 4th , 2013 week end with no problem. We just walked up a few minutes before it opened, waited just a few minutes and were in. After we ordered, thought we would look around in each room but...before we took a seat, our food was ready and a waiter was looking for us ! So I guess I will get my fast pass when it comes available. I may not be so lucky! LOL!

Got my FP for August 20th! One quick question, though. I signed in with my MDE account info, but I never had to put in a reservation number. Is it just because everything is linked together? I was sitting here with my yellow tags, ready to go, and it never asked. But when I leave the site and go back, my reservation is there. Hope I'm all set! Anyone else have this happen?
