Fastpass+ at Christmas party

Given the smaller crowds should I plan on just attending a christmas party this november or will they be offering fastpass+ during the christmas parties? (Guess this question applies to Halloween party also)

You cannot get FP+ between 7pm and Midnight of the Party.

If you attend the second parade of the night...you can usually just walk on rides during the first parade...Enjoy!
