FastPass+ 60 days is tomorrow

Hi everyone!

So my 60 days for FP+ begins tomorrow (it also says I can do online check in at this time). My MDE currently says 61 days to go. My question is, what time do FP+'s open? Will this mean I can book my FP+ at midnight EST tonight? 7am EST tomorrow? Something else? Any insight is appreciated. For our Aug 2015 trip we booked our resort 50 days in advance so I was able to book FP+'s immediately.
