Fastest way from Cirque to MK?

In June, we are planning to see the 9pm show of Cirque, which will be over at 10:30pm. We then want to head over the MK for evening EMH (11pm to 2am). What would be the quickest way to get from one place to the other? I was thinking the best thing to do would be to take the bus to one of the monorail resorts (which one?) and then hop the monorail. Or maybe just take the bus to the Contemporary and walk over. Any other thoughts?

Taking the bus to the Contemporary, then walking right over sounds like it might be the most direct and quickest route.

That's what I was thinking, but I couldn't remember what the bus route was like for the Contemporary, and I know that a lot of the MK area resorts share busses. I wasn't sure if we would be stuck going to Fort Wilderness, then WL, then Comtemporary . . . or something like that. Anybody know what the bus route from DD to the Contemporary is like, any other stops?

Take: Bus to any resort. Transfer to Magic Kingdom Bus or take bus to Contemporary Resort and enjoy the short walk to the Magic Kingdom entrance.
