Fastest/direct Route from Sanford Airport to Port Canaveral

Can someone tell me the best route to take from Sanford Airport to Port Canaveral? I have gone to Map Quest and get different routes each time!

Me too! Although I still have plenty of time before our cruise, it's nice to have the directions.

To me it looks like the best way to go is route 46. It seems more direct than any other route.
