I have heard that you can buy some sort of fast pass that has more benefits then just the regular fast pass. If this is true how do you get it, whats it do, and how much does it cost? thanks so much!

Nope, not at DLR.....No such thing as any fast pass for sale.

If you go on the "timeshare" tour they give you some that can be used for any ride with FP! My friend tried to use them on rides that did not have FP and they did not take them.

If you get the birthday fastpass then you could say it costs $69 because you are giving up a gift card for that amount but they don't do anything more than a regular fastpass would.

The fastpasses that you may have heard about may be referring to the old AAA super fastpasses (or enhanced fastpasses, I forget the actual name of them). They stopped offering them before the start of the Year of a Million dreams celebration. I know that you had to book a package at one of the onsite Disney hotels through AAA, and it basically made it so that you could get more than one set of fastpasses at a time....not for the same ride, but for different rides.
I booked through them just for this perk, and it was awesome, but being slow time in September it really wasn't needed. I had about a stack 3 inches thick at the end of the day. LOL

Either that, or someone is confusing it for the Universal version of fastpasses, called Express something (don't know the actual name). But those are available to be bought.

Or it might have been the Dream FPs from last year's YOMD. But I never went last year :(, so I wouldn't know.

Or it might have been the Universal Studios fast passes that you do buy that give front of line access.
