Fast Passes before MVMCP

I have tickets to the MVMCP on December 4th. I'm using day 3 of my Florida resident tickets at AK in the morning. Do I have to wait until I'm finished at AK to book my Fastpasses for 4-7 at MK?

Also if MK opens at 8am what time would the will call windows open to pick up Florida resident tickets? What time should I plan to arrive at will call to make rope drop at 8am?
