Fast Pass System Problem?

Today my FP window is supposed to open for a trip with a March 21 arrival.

I signed in dutifully at 7 AM EST, but the dates after February 20 are still grayed out 15 minutes later.

Anyone else having this problem?

ETA. I’m using the website through my desktop PC. Through the app the FP selection screen doesn’t open at all.

Are you staying on site? Does MDE show your tickets and room reservation correctly?

Yes, I am staying onsite. I have done this many times before and never ran across this problem.

I looked at my plans and the resort reservation isn’t showing. It was there yesterday. I guess that’s the problem.

ETA- I linked the resort reservation again and now I’m able to book. I got pretty much what I wanted, including things for FOP and SDD, so I’m good.

Object lesson for next time. Check to make sure the resort reservation is showing on MDE before trying to book FPs.

Yes after Feb is grayed out but did you hit the button to go to March? Everything between 30 days and your stay will still be grayed out. Only your stay will be active.

The arrow to go to March didn‘t work either because I tried that. . The problem apparently was that my resort reservation (DVC) had dropped off of MDE, so I linked it again and was able to book my FPs.

I will say that, even with the unexpected delay of about 20 minutes, the FP selection was extremely good.

Thanks for sharing (and sorry you had issues!). We book tomorrow and I was terrified there wouldn't be much available.

It‘s strange because I’ve done this so many times before and never had anything like this happen. When I book through DVC the reservation usually just shows up on MDE without having to link it, but maybe that didn’t happen this time and I just saw it on my DVC account. But, like I said, it’s an object lesson for me to go through the checklist the day before and morning of to make sure all the tickets and reservations are there.

FYI, I wasn’t able to get SDD on day 2 when we hope to try ROTR, and some of the earlier times for the other headliners were gone. But I am hoping to move something into the early slot if and when opening time is moved up (as I expect). FOP was available for much of the day on day 2 and for later in the week.

We've been to WDW 22 times and have booked FPs loads of times so know what I'm doing. Bookings were all showing and tickets were linked. I also had multiple issues when trying to book FPs at both 60 days out for our on site stay and also when it came to the 30 days for our off site part. Every time I logged in whether it was on the app or on my MacBook (and on different browsers) it was hit or miss whether or not the dates were live. If the dates were blue I could book the first FP for that day but then when I tried to add another the dates went back to grey. If I just kept going backwards and forwards it eventually worked but it was a major irritation! Suppose I should have phoned Disney to see if a nice CM could have helped iron out the gremlins that are obviously in the system for some of us.
