Fast pass scheduling problems last night

Anybody have problems with a glitch scheduling 7dmt at midnight last night? I scheduled an early fp for Oct 4th but when I finished and reviewed my fp's for the week, they had changed it to the little mermaid ride. I thought maybe I had hit the wrong thing accidentally so I went to change it but on the next screen it showed up as 7dmt. I wasn't sure what to do because on my main screen it showed as the mermaid ride. Since it was only 12:15, I thought I would just reschedule it but when I did, the times left were only evening. I did screenshot the original fp but when I called Disney they said there was nothing they could do. We love Disney but if they can't get their system to work correctly, I am beginning to think it's not worth the headache. Mistakes and glitches happen but they should be able to correct them when you call.
 
Thank you. I thought it was weird also. It would switch depending on what screen I was on. I emailed Disney and we will see if they respond. Apparently there are some new glitches, a person going the same time as me said her account showed that they had 999 fast passes after scheduling last night. Obviously, something is up.
 
Just wanted to update and say that guest relations called today to apologize for the problem and fix our fast passes. I am glad they called but I do hope they get these glitches under control soon. It is frustrating having to call and email. It's one thing if it is an occasional issue but a year after implementation, they still seem to be having a lot of issues.

having issues with fast pass is not the most pleasant thing to deal with...
