Fast Pass is not working for me, I'm tired and wanna sleep!

Ugh, why did I know this would happen???? So we are going to DisneyWorld and checking in on Saturday July 16th. I have a subscription to TouringPlans.com (and it's great!) and they told me that I could start making my FastPass reservations at midnight. I'm on the West Coast, so we're 3 hours behind. It's after 10pm and it's my bedtime!

I logged in, saw my party of 7 and then got the message "Looks like you don't have tickets" or "they're not all linked" or something like that. Well, we do have tickets and room reservations and they are all listed under my family and I have been able to make dining reservations for these people.

Does it sometimes start a few hours late? Or do I have my dates wrong (July 16 minus 60 days)? Or am I doing something wrong?

Help, I'm tired!!!
 
I am in the same boat. I check in on the same day. I have been trying off and on for 5 hours. It has the same error. When I check my reservations it has everything correct. When I click on the fast pass is doesn't see my tickets. I am exhausted and have to go to work soon!
 
I just logged in and it's working now. How odd that it wasn't working for any of us!!! At least it's fixed now.
 

I called Tech services. (The number given by the error message.) The Tech's had to do something to fix my issue. It worked when they were done. They did say many people were getting that error message today.
