Fast Pass Frustration

I am trying to book Fast Passes for my family's upcoming vacation. I got the email from my TA stating that I would be able to book at midnight. I waited up, despite my exhaustion and work in the morning, to book FP - only to have it say there are no tickets linked for these guests. The tickets are showing under my reservations in my MDE. Any advice? I feel so frustrated as I stayed up super late (for me) to accomplish this to only be halted. I have tried different browsers, logging out and then back in, the app on my phone, restarting my computer. I'd be happy for any advice! TIA!
 
I really wish the website would just display this info on there for people, so they aren't waiting up until midnight only to find out they can't do it. It changed to 7am eastern time months ago. I would have never known if I wasn't here on the forums.

7AM is the new time for booking; GOOD LUCK!:wizard: It is frustrating to me that your TA as a professional "didn't get the memo"??? :confused3:confused3Professionals in all fields need to be on top of changes or their clients suffer. ::yes::
 

I'd be asking my TA why they either gave me outdated info or failed to update me when it changed.

I hope you still got what you wanted!
 
Thanks y'all. I finally turned in at 1:30 that morning. Needless to say, I felt pretty useless yesterday. I was able to book at 7 am, but as others have said, I wish it would just show on MDE. I don't know why my TA seemingly did not get the memo, but I did go back to the email and indeed it said midnight! It is very frustrating. Luckily, I was able to get what I wanted for the most part - just not the sleep that I wanted. ;)
