Fast pass character meet and greets?

this will be our first year using the Disney fast pass system for disabilities. My 8 year old was recently diagnosed w/ epilepsy and has on all kind of medications that make him beyond exhausted My question is are we allowed to fast pass character meet and greets? if we were able to take the stroller through the line that would not be an issue b/c then he can just relax in their but since we can't I thought I'd ask if we could fast pass those as well .

Many characters have Fastpass Plus at WDW.

The ones that don't (like the ones that just set up lines outside) don't have a way to handle guests who are not waiting in the lines.

You can get a tag at Guest Relations that allows a stroller to be used as s wheelchair. That means the stroller can stay in the line to the point of boarding/or getting to the attraction.
