I have never found a definitive answer in this. If we cancel an onsite stay (room only) within 30 days from check in, do we lose our adr's and fast pass+ reservations? Has anyone successfully canceled and kept the fp+?

No. FP+ are tied to your tickets and ADRs don't require a room or ticket to book. If you were canceling a package then you would lose FP+.
