Fast Pass and 60 day window question

Hello all, Currently, I am on free dining. I have 4 Florida residents and 2 non residents going on the trip, so after much math, I have found it is cheaper to do a room only discount and buy tickets at Florida REsident price, and 2 regular priced tickets (non park hopper) instead of the free dining. Most of our reservations are TS anyway. So, tomorrow is my fast pass window. I am planning on switching up my reservation for room only, and buy the tickets on the Disney website. Do these tickets automatically link to my MDE so that I can book my fast passes tomorrow since I am buying through the website?

They usually do.

If not, you can manually enter their confirmation numbers to your MDE and accomplish what you need.
