going to the world this weekend check our plans for our booked FP+, and everything is gone!!!! been on phone with WDW for 3 hours now. second time this has happend!

What. That is gut wrenching!! Really hope they can restore those for you! Have you checked on both the app and the website? Any chance you took a screen shot of them? (Don't know who would have the foresight to think of that.) Did you, at least, write down when and what they were? Ugh - good luck....

what happened the first time that you were able to get them back? Could be same problem and they'll fix it again? If IT can't help, sometimes its a matter of hanging up and trying again or call Guest Services and they they can contact IT as well.

Are you staying on site or offsite? Did you cancel or change anything else that could have triggered it? Fingers crossed they resolve it for you!

I did screen shots and printed out all my plans as a back up when I read about issues last year with plans disappearing

Does someone else have access to your MDE? That almost sounds like they were all cancelled. What was the problem the first time it happened? Could that be the way to "fix" it again?

Same thing happened to me at the park and now at home. First time it happened we were on the bus headed to Epcot. First day and everything in the app was gone - Fastpasses, ADR's vanished. Guests Relations could see it on their computer and let me do a screenshot. Same thing happened last week. My trip is 4 months out, but I have major, hard to get ADR's like Storybook Dinner. Checked the app one day and they were gone. Sent email. They could see it on their end and said I would be able to also if logged in from desktop instead of the app. They instructed me to uninstall/reinstall the app and that worked, ... however ... everything was gone again yesterday.
Moral of the story -- system glitch. It will be ok. Keep in touch with them.
