NO!!! We in here in PA call it the Liqour Store Uniform....(we still only see alcohol in state run Liquor Stores!) Or the Post Office uniform...at least that is what my friends and I call them. If you wear a tie w/ a short sleeve shirt it is the first sign that you are a fashion emergency!!!!!!!!!!!
